Vijverborgh has supported Delfins in structuring & optimizing the organization and operations, both internally and in relation to the hospitality partner.
Vijverborgh has guided Delfins in further developing the operations and organization within the existing hotel operation. This includes, among other things, optimizing workflows within the Rooms Division, restructuring the organization, and hiring various employees to form a 6-member management team. Additionally, advice was provided on positioning as a 4-star-plus resort and guidance & implementation of a new sales strategy, including yield management. Furthermore, Vijverborgh contributed to securing the collaboration with the external hospitality partner by drafting a Service Level Agreement.
Furthermore Vijverborgh assisted in the transition towards a soft brand 'Tapestry By Hilton' and managed the concept development of 2 F&B outlets Koló and Fresku
