The atmospheric ‘raadskelder’ under the town hall of 's-Hertogenbosch is the setting for this lunchroom, where clients of the care organisation Cello work in the kitchen and in the service.

Vijverborgh developed the restaurant and the bar. We also guided Cello through the implementation of the concept. The restaurant is intended for the B&W of the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch.
