We started by mapping what the ArenA's ambitions are and what criteria a VIP caterer should meet, both qualitatively and financially. Sustainability, innovation and inclusiveness are topics to which great value is attached; every partner within the ArenA should contribute to this. In addition, the search was on for an exciting catering offer with guts and surprise, fitting the location and the target groups.
